I am really enjoying the 2007 Chevy Impala that I purchased on July 31, 2010. I would like to say that I appreciate having David Jimenez as part of your team. I had been searching at other dealerships since January and I always felt pressured.
My first communication with Mr. Jimenez was through the internet. He checked on some vehicles for me and suggested others as well. I was impressed with his quick response to my inquiry and then he offered to pick me up and drive me to Gillman. Nobody had ever offered that to me, so I thought that was very nice.
He is kind, courteous, and professional. I really felt at ease discussing my options with him. I was allowed to test drive three cars and the one I purchased was the best fit for me. I have already told my supervisor, coworkers and friends about how well I was treated at Gillman. I am quite impressed with Mr. Jimenez with how well he treats his customers. It was a privilege to interact with David and I am glad he was the one who sold the car to me
